Unclaimed or Returned Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address details or being unclaimed, the buyer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at slkwear@gmail.com. We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement or refund.
